莲香岛：腰疼可能是盆腔炎引起的

慢性盆腔炎是妇科的常见病痛，除了腹痛，还可能表现为腰骶部酸痛。很多患者常见腰痛归为腰椎问题，但如果是慢性盆腔炎引起的腰痛，常常还会伴有月经和白带异常。女性要多留意，莫要看错病，延误看诊时机。

“顽固”腰痛祸首原来是慢性盆腔炎

骨科各种检查包括核磁共振都做了，医生的诊断无一例外地都是“腰椎间盘突出症”。事实上，检查结果也明确地显示出她的腰椎间盘突出。然而，让范女士和医生都百思不得其解的是，尽管接受了各种看诊，但让她备受折磨的“顽固”性腰痛却丝毫没有得到缓解。

日前，范女士因月经不调来到莲香岛调理。莲香岛对她进行了详细检查，仔细询问了她的月经史，并根据她“腰痛”的这一讯号，建议她做了一个盆腔彩超检查。结果显示，范女士的盆腔有积液症状，妇检结果也提示为“盆腔炎”。莲香岛认为，她的月经紊乱是由于盆腔炎造成的，而腰痛也可能并非腰椎间盘突出引起，而是慢性盆腔炎所致。经过三个疗程的康复看诊，范女士的盆腔炎得到控制，月经规律了，腰痛症状也基本消失。

腰痛是慢性盆腔炎的症状之一

莲香岛介绍说，慢性盆腔炎是妇科的常见病痛，除了腹痛，还可能表现为腰骶部酸痛，这是因为当盆腔内有炎症时，盆腔内会发生各种炎性变化，充血、水肿、结缔组织发生粘连等会直接压迫腰骶神经，致使腰部出现压痛感，从而引起腰骶疼痛的刺激症状。

莲香岛指出，很多女性会把盆腔炎引起的腰部酸痛误以为是腰肌劳损或腰椎有问题，所以，出现腰痛后首先会去骨科求诊，如果检查后腰椎本身的确也存在问题，看诊就会“卡”在腰椎的问题上，从而延误了慢性盆腔炎的看诊。

莲香岛提醒腰痛伴月经和白带异常需提防盆腔炎

莲香岛表示，因为受“腰痛治腰”的思维所限，不少女性的慢性盆腔炎延误了看诊时机。她提醒，如果是慢性盆腔炎引起的腰痛，常常还会伴有月经和白带异常。

因此，经常腰痛的女性，要注意观察自己的月经和白带是否正常。尤其是白带，可以从量、质、色、味等方面去观察，一般而言，出现白带量多、色黄质稠、有臭味等情况，说明盆腔炎症较严重。这时千万不要“吊死在骨科这一棵树上”了，应该及时去妇科就诊，以免病情加重。

小贴士女人如何防范盆腔炎

1、要减少各种感染，保持会阴部清洁、干燥，每晚用清水清洗外阴，勤换内裤，不穿紧身、化纤内裤;

2、月经期、人流术、取环等妇科手术后，因为阴道有流血，要禁止游泳、盆浴、桑拿，避免病菌进入而造成感染;

3、有些患者因患有慢性盆腔炎，稍感不适，就自服，长期服用会出现阴道内菌群紊乱，而引起阴道分泌物增多，呈白色豆渣样白带。此时，应立即到医院就诊，排除霉菌性阴道炎。
